The exchange contracts EtherDelta, IDEX v1 and Token.Store still hold more than 30,000 ETH between them, deposited by traders who never withdrew. The contracts never expire, so the owner of a deposit can still withdraw it directly on Etherscan.
Paste an address and we read each contract's balance for it on-chain. The full report gives the exact withdraw call and amount. Many balances are dust, and we'll tell you if the gas would cost more than it's worth.
